YEMENI ZHUG MIX

Blend 2 tspn of spice mix with 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tblspn of oil and the juice of 1 lemon. This paste can be used as a condiment, a sauce for grilled meat or fish, and is added into soups and stews just before serving. The paste lasts up to 4 weeks in the fridge.
