WORMWOOD

Wormwood is found in absinthe and is a good biter to have on hand when making cocktails. It is also traditionally used in herbalism to help with digestive issues and against parasites.

To make an infusion, steep for a good 10 to 15 minutes in hot water and sweeten to taste.
