Heat up oil in a pan, add onions, garlic & ginger and fry for 3 mins. Add 1 tsp of curry mix per person & cook for 2 mins. Add meat & cook a further 5 mins. Add 2 tbsp of ground almonds and cook 2 mins. Add stock to cover and cook til tender. 10 mins before serving add 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
