Blend 2 tspn of spice mix to 3 tblspn of good quality olive oil & 1-2 tblspn of cyder or white wine vinegar. Add 1 tspn of mustard and whisk together. Add salt to taste. Leave it to soak up for 20 min. then just toss with the leaves. Keeps well in fridge for 4-6 weeks.
