TIKKA MASALA MIX

Blend onions, garlic, honey, orange juice, natural yogurt, oil and 1 tspn per person of the Tikka spices to a paste in a food processor. Pour over chicken or lamb and let it marinade over night. Then grill, bake or BBQ the meat. Brush with the marinade whilst cooking to keep it moist.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Paprika, Ginger, Mint, Chilli, Fennel, Mace, Cloves, Pepper, Star Anise, Cassia, Bay, Mustard
