THAI SPICE MIX

Add one teaspn. per person to a stir-fry with 2 tblspn. of fish sauce and 1 tblspn. of soya sauce. Excellent with chicken, vegetables or fish.This mix is also great for soups, stews and BBQing.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Pepper, Cloves, Onions, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Star Anise, Galangal, Ginger, Lime, Lemon, Nutmeg, Chili, Lime Leaves
