TANDOORI MASALA MIX

Blend onions, garlic, lemon juice & oil in a food processor to a fine paste. Add 1 tspn of spice mix per person & natural yogurt to the paste, mix well. Marinade your chicken in this paste overnight and then BBQ or bake in the oven. Keep basting the chicken with the juices to keep it moist.

Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Mace, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Pepper, Beetroot, Paprika
