TAMIL CURRY POWDER

This southern Indian blend is used to flavour rice or is stirred into a dal or vegetable curry near the end of cooking time. Heat the curry mix in a hot pan with a little oil and stir for 1-2 minutes to bring out its nutty flavour then add to curries and serve.
