STIR-FRY SEASONING

Add one teaspn. per person to a stir-fry with 2 tblspn. of fish sauce and 1 tblspn. of soya sauce. Excellent with chicken, vegetables or fish.This mix is also great for soups, stews and BBQing.

Ingredients: Celery, Sichuan Pepper, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Orange Peel, Lime Leaves, Pepper, Coriander Leaves, Coriander Seeds, Black Sesame, Onion, Annatto, Chilli, Mustard, Sesame, Aleppo Pepper, Lemon Powder
