SPAGHETTI ARRABBIATA MIX

Brown mince meat with chopped onions & garlic and 1 tspn spice mix per person. Add stock, tomato puree, tinned tomatoes & red wine. Let it simmer till it has reduced by a 1/4 about 1 hour cooking time. Before serving add fresh basil & a drizzle of olive oil.
