SOUTH AFRICAN CURRY POWDER

This mixture comes from the Cape. It is used with a paste of ginger and garlic pounded with salt, then add to slow cooked dishes or rub onto meat or fish for grilling. You can also add some tamarind concentrate or lemon juice and use it as a marinade.
