Also called 7 flavours chilli in Japan, this mix contains Hemp seeds, Nori seaweed, Sansho peppers, Tangerine peel, black sesame seeds, chilli flakes & poppy seeds. It's used as a condiment to sprinkle over udon noodles, for soups, and yakitori one-pot dishes.>
