RUE HERB

Rue has a characteristically strong taste and is used in Ethopian cuisine and throughout the Eastern Mediterranean as a flavouring in stews and sauces. It goes particulalry well with Omelettes. It is said to aid with digestion and flatulence but use sparigly to prevent gastric upsets!
