ROGAN JOSH, MILD

Mix 1 tspn of spice mix per person with crushed garlic, ginger, onions & the meat, coat it well let it marinade for 4 hours. Fry 4 sliced onions until almost brown add meat and fry. Add stock and let it simmer for 1-2 hours. Towards serving time add 1 cup of plain yogurt, & 1 tspn garam masala.
