PIRI-PIRI SEASONING

Mix 1 tspn of spice mix per person, 2 tblspn of olive oil & the juice of 1 lemon. Brush over chicken during BBQing or baking. A nice alternative is to mix the spice mix with honey, garlic and ketchup to make a fantastic BBQ sauce to pour over the chicken whilst cooking.

Ingredients: Garlic, Oregano, Chilli Flakes
