OMELETTE SPICE MIX

This combination of French Tarragon, Chervil, and Nutmeg is fantastic with egg dishes. It is also great used in savoury pancakes, just add it to the batter. Or sprinkle it over mushroom before grilling with a little oil. And finally add it to creamy sauces with a shot of white wine.
