OIL OR VINEGAR INFUSION MIX

Add half of the packet to 1 ltr. of oil and let it infuse for at least 4 weeks then use it to drizzle over salads or pizzas or for stir fries and BBQ marinades. You can do the same with Vinegar to give some boring salads or vegetables a nice zing.
