MY SPECIAL STEW MIX

Use 1 lbs of each, Beef,Onions,Potatoes. Fry onions in a little oil, add meat and 4tspn of spice mix. Stir for 4-5 min. then add potatoes and stir another 3-4 min. Cover with stock add some tomatopuree and cook gently until meat is very tender.
