MY SPECIAL CURRY BLEND

This mixture is a blend of all my travels through Asia. Our 'House Special' - a mix of carefully balanced spices, showcasing what is in season - It is our signature curry that we recommend as a tasty allrounder as it is balanced to work with any style of curry.

As a seasonal product, the ingredients change throughout the year- for allergy purposes, we have listed all of them. Just like all our blends, it is vegan & gluten free.  

Use it with a paste of ginger and garlic pounded with salt, then add to slow cooked dishes or rub onto veg, meat or fish for grilling. You can also add some tamarind concentrate or lemon juice and use it as a marinade.
