MOROCCAN BARBECUE SEASONING

Crush 5 cloves of garlic & 2 tspns of spice mix with 5 tblspns of orange juice. Blend it to a paste & then add to stews or rub over chicken, pork, fish or beef, before grilling, roasting or BBQing.
