MIDDLE EASTERN SABZI POLO

This Persian herb mix for Rice dishes, contains Parsley, Coriander, Chives, and Dill. Either sprinkle into the rice whilst boiling it or for stronger flavour add it to the rice just 2-3 min. before the end of cooking time.
