MIDDLE EASTERN GHORMEH SABZI

This herb mix for stews consists of parsley, chives, coriander, fenugreek,dried lime, mint, and dill and is added to meat stews towards the last 10-15min of cooking time. Add a good 1-2 tblspns. to get an aromatic finishing taste.
