MIDDLE EASTERN ADVIEH FOR RICE

Wash 500g of basmati rice and soak for 3 hours in salt water. Melt 6 tblspn. of butter or oil in a sauce pan. Add the drained rice and 1tblspn. of spice mix. Stir well to coat the rice grains. Cover with water and bring to boil. Cook for 10-15 min, serve garnished with lots of fresh parsley.
