MEXICAN SALSA DIP MIX

Mix 4 tomatoes, peeled & chopped, 1 finely chopped red onion, 5 tbspns lime juice or sherry vinegar, a pinch of salt and 2 tspns of salsa mix. Let it infuse at room temperature for 30 min. then serve garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
