MEXICAN FAJITAS MIX

Add 1 tspn per person of the spice mix to sliced chicken, pork or beef strips. Heat up some oil in a frying pan and sear the meat on a very high heat to seal the meat. Add sliced onions & bell peppers. Serve in tortillas topped with cheese, sour cream & salad.

Ingredients: Ancho, Oregano, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Tomato, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Pepper
