MESQUITE SEASONING

Crush 5 cloves of garlic add 2 tspns of spice mix, & 2 tblspns of oil. Blend it to a paste and then add to stews, or rub over chicken, fish,or pork and grill or bake.

Ingredients: Pepper, Onion, Cayenne, Cumin, Bay, Oregano, Orange, Savory, Tomato, Paprika, Chives
