MAURITIAN MASSALE

Use 1tblspn of spice mix with the juice of one orange and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Add the paste to stews or as a rub on grilled meats and fish.This spice mix is from the french islands of the Indian ocean - Mauritus and Reunion. A sweet kind of curry.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Fenugreek, Cassia, Curry Leaves, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Garlic
