This well known Japanese tea is drunk for its health properties and taste.
Add a small amount of hot water to a teaspoon of Matcha powder to form a paste. Gradually whisk more hot water to the mixture until you have a foaming cupful.
If using boiling water from the kettle, it is imoprtant to allow it to cool down for about 10 minutes to reach 70C.
