For a pot roast use 4 tspn. of spice mix and rub into the meat. Heat a heavy casserole dish & add oil, put the lamb in and bake for 30 minutes on each side, baste with the pan juices. For the last 30 minutes add sliced onions and garlic serve with lemon wedges and a chutney of yoghurt & herb dressing.
