Nice and a peppery-fiery! Put meat or vegetables in a pot with ginger, onions and garlig, half a cup of water and 2 tsp of spice mix. Cook for 10-15 mins, Add yoghurt, fresh coriander, a bit of butter tomatoes and stir-fry for 10 mins. Add lemon juice before serving. Serve with chapattis or naan bread.

Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Chili, Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Black Cardamom, Ginger, Mace. Paparika, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon
