KHMELI-SUNELI

This mixture is from the Republic of Georgia. Many varieties of mixed herbs & spices are sold under the name of khmeli - suneli in markets in Tibilisi. Use the mix in a marinade, or rubbed on meats to be grilled, and in vegetable dishes, soups and stews.

Ingredients: Coriander, Fennel, Cloves, Fenugreek, Marigold, Mint, Dill, Savory. Cinnamon
