KHARCHO SPICE MIX

Boil cubed beef in stock and leave to simmer. Sweat onions in butter, add spice mix, pureed walnuts, tomatoes, stock, tamarind, garlic and rice. Cook until rice is done, then add the beef serve garnished with sprigs of fresh herbs.
