JAMAICAN CURRY BLEND

Combine meat, ie goat or lamb or pork, with chopped onions, garlic and 2 tblspn. of curry powder. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour then heat up oil & brown the meat, cover with stock & let simmer till meat falls of the bone. Serve with rice & green bananas, fried plantains and chutney.

Ingredients: Allspice, Coriander, Mustard, Turmeric, Cassia, Pepper Ginger, Cumin, Chilli, Fenugreek, Cloves, Cinnamon, Salt
