Gorgeous curry blend. This is our take on one of the tastiest curries. Heat 1tspn per portion in oil over medium heat. Add Garlic, vegetables and a pinch of salt, fry until vegetables soften. Add water or stock and some yoghurt (also works with non-dairy yoghurt). Simmer on low heat until liquid is reduced. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
