Use 1 tspn per person of the spice mix and blend with crushed garlic, onions and a little oil, rub it into the meat and then slow roast it. Add 1 tin of tomatoes or peeled fresh tomatoes and a bit of stock to it and keep roasting till cooked. Add a little more spice to the sauce and enjoy.
