Mix 1 tspn per fillet of fish with some butter or olive oil, baste it over the fillets or steaks then rub in foil, and bake for about 10-15 min., depending on type of fish. Before serving add a drizzle of lemon juice. This mix is also great in bechamel type of sauces for fish.
