Boil pulses and drain.Fry ginger, garlic, onion & diced lamb til browned and add 1 tsp of spice mix per person. Add stock and cook until tender. Add pulses, diced pumpkin, aubergine and spinach, cook for another 10 mins. Season with fresh coriander and lime juice.
