Cook Dal (lentils) in boiling water. Fry onions to a golden colour in oil, add chopped tomatoes and 1 tspn of spice mix per person. Take one part of the boiled Dal,fry it and re-mix with the rest of the dal then add to the onions and tomatoes. Garnish with fresh coriander.
