CURRIED VEGETABLE MIX

Heat oil in a heavy sauce pan or casserole dish, add crushed garlic onions, ginger & fry till golden. Add 1 tspn per person of curry mix & cook for 2 min. Add chopped vegetables or pulses or lentils and stir, add stock to cover and cook gently. Sprinkle with Garam masala.
