CHILLI CON CARNE MIX

Brown 1-2 onions in a little oil add 2-3 crushed garlic and 1lbs mince meat. Add 3 tspn of spice mix and cook till meat is brown. Add cooked black beans, 250ml of stock, 1 tblspn tomato puree & 1 bay leaf, cook for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream and cheese on top.
