CHICKEN SEASONING "SPICY"

Mix 2-3 tspn spice mix with 1 tblspn of honey, tamarind or pomegranate molasses & 1 tspn of soya sauce. Pour over drumsticks and bake in the oven. Keep on turning the meat so it gets crispy-sweet on all sides. Serve with potato wedges with my potato seasoning.

Ingredients: Paprika, Garlic, Onion, Bay, Marjoram, Oregano, Pepper, Annatto, Celery, Mustard Seeds, Sage, Thyme, Chili
