CHAT MASALA

This spice mix is added to fruit or vegetable salads with a little oil and lemon juice and left to infuse, it's then used as a side dish for curries. Mong bean chaat: Boil the moong beans till soft; when still hot add a dash of lime and oil and 1-2 tspns of spice mix and toss.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Ajowan, Kala Namak(Black Salt), Amchoor Mango Powder, Chili, Pepper, Pomegranate Seeds, Annatto
