Soak chickpeas, drain, and with fresh water boil till tender. Fry some onions with ghee or vegetable oil and add 1 tspn of chana masala spice per person. Drain chick peas and add to the pan stir until the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped green chillies and lemon juice.
