Fry eaqual amounts of diced onion, red & green bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage & ginger (optnl.) until golden brown. Add 1 tin of baked beans or white cooked canelloni beans, sprinkle 1 tspn of spice mix per pers. into it, stir and cook for 15 min. Use freshly chopped coriander to garnish.
