CARIBBEAN EVERYDAY SEASONING

Use this spice for all meats, as a dry rub or mix with oil & lemon juice to a wet rub. Mix it even further with crushed garlic, onions, & ginger into a fantastic marinade. Add it to stews or even mix with the Jamaican curry powder and it will yet again make a new variation of an Island stew.

Ingredients: Coriander, Pepper, Cumin, Allspice, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Ginger, Turmeric, Chili, Paprika, Thyme, Onion, Garlic, Cinnamon
