BYRIANI CURRY BLEND

Brown 500g of beef with 2 onions & 4 tspn of spice mix, add 200g of raw rice, stir and add 1 tin of tomatoes, 2 tblspn of tomato puree & stock to cover the meat. Cook & stir, add more water if to dry. Towards the end add 1 tin of chick peas and stir. Sprinkle with flat leaf parsely before serving.

Ingredients: Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Pepper, Cinnamon, Garlic, Chili, Coriander Leaves, Bay, Cardamom, Cloves, Mustard
