BIZAR A´SHUWA

This blend comes from Oman and is added to slow cooked dishes or used as a rub for meat or chicken. Mix 1tspn. per person with fresh crushed garlic and vinegar to make a stiff paste. Can be stored in a paste form in the fridge for up to 2 months.

Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Garlic, Turmeric, Pepper, Fennel
