BARBECUE SEASONING

Mix 1 tspn of spice mix per person with crushed garlic, onions, ginger, lime juice, honey & oil. Marinade your meat overnight then BBQ or roast. Try other ingredients as well, like pomegranate molasses or tamarind paste.

Ingredients: Pepper, Cumin, Thyme, Marjoram, Cayenne, Paprika, Mustard, Celery, Bay, Sumac, Rosemary, Coriander, Garlic, Onions
