BAJAN SEASONING

Mix 1 tspn of spice mix per person with crushed garlic, onions, lime juice, ginger & fresh marjoram. Rub this on the meat to be either grilled BBQed or roasted. This mix can also be added to stews or rice dishes

Ingredients: Onion, Chili, Cumin, Marjoram, Basil, Parsley, Coriander Leaves, Thyme, Ginger, Pepper, Garlic, Chives, Lime, Lemon
