Dehydrated Arnica Montana flowers are hand collected.

These very special flowers are used to help with swelling, aches and bruises.

For a quick and easy solution, steep 1 heaped teaspoon in a cup of warm water  and leave to infuse. Spray on affected areas and rub in gently. You can also use the flowers to infuse oil; place in a kilner jar and cover
